Are You Driving To Slow?

A Police patrol car pulled over a car crawling along the A14 dual carriageway.

The officer asked the old lady at the wheel why she was driving so slowly on such a busy road?

"It said 14mph on the road sign," she replied.

"No Madam, that is the road number. The speed limit is 70mph," explained the officer.

Then he noticed another old lady, ashen faced and cowering in the front passenger seat.

"Are you all right, madam?" he asked.

She replied, "I'm a little shaken up, as we've just turned off from the A140."
