100g Tin of Tuna
85g (3oz) Feta Cheese
4 Large Eggs
4 Spring Onions (chopped)
(1) Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl, then stir in the chopped spring onions, the Feta cheese (roughly crumbled), and the tin of Tuna (drained).
(2) Heat a tablespoon of oil in a medium non-stick pan. Pour in the mixture, then cook undisturbed on a low heat for 5 minutes until almost set.
(3) Place under a preheated Grill for 3 to 4 minutes, until set and golden.
