2 Chicken fillets
1 clove of garlic
2 ounces of butter
1 red onion
1 red chillie
1 teaspoon of French mustard
(1) Butter 2 good size pieces of foil.
(2) Place chicken fillets on the buttered foil.
(3) Dice the garlic, onion and chillie.
(4) Mix together in a bowl with the butter and mustard.
(5) Spread on top of chicken.
(6) Wrap in the foil (not to tight) and cook in top of oven for about 30 minutes at 190°C, Gasmark 5.
