1 Packet of savoury rice
2 or 3 Eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
(1) Cook rice according to packet, and leave to cool.
(2) Beat the eggs, salt and pepper in a jug. Add to the cooled rice.
(3) Place in a preheated hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Could be served with Pork or Lamb chops, Rump or Sirloin steak. For vegetarians, try Tuna steak or peppered Mackerel.
