Pastry Trimmings

Ingredients
Any left-over pastry
Optional: Cocktail sausages

Method
(1) Roll out your trimming into strips. These can be plaited or made into any shape you please.

(2) Optional: To be more adventurous, wrap around a cocktail sausage.

(3) Place on a baking tray and glaze with beaten egg.

(4) Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C, 400°F or Gas Mark 6.
